Driver-forwarder for bakery product delivery

🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Day off on Sunday;
- Work during the day, so the night remains for sleep and rest;
- On average, you can work 220 - 260 hours per month.
The work schedule on Friday looks like this:
- The working day lasts 10 - 12 hours;
- Work from 04:00 to 14:00 or from 04:00 to 16:00.
The work schedule on Saturday looks like this:
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- Work from 04:00 to 12:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of deliveries and the number of orders at the bakery. If there are many orders, there will be more routes and work, and therefore more working hours too. If there are fewer orders, then the number of hours may be slightly less.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to deliver bread and bakery products to retail outlets, approximately to 12 addresses along the route, load and unload the vehicle with product crates, collect empty crates and return them to the base. You also need to maintain accompanying documentation for the delivery and receipt of goods, as well as keep the vehicle clean and tidy.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- There is no extra payment for renting housing independently.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to arrive at the base before the shift begins, receive the service vehicle, and head off on the route. After finishing work, the vehicle must be returned to the base. A van with a manual gearbox is provided for transporting products;
- If you live in Łódź, you need to have your own transport as the shift starts at 04:00, and it may be impossible to reach by public transport at that time. Therefore, it's important to reach the workplace independently and on time;
- A sanitary book costs 290 zł (deducted from salary);
- If there are valid tests for salmonella, then you only need to pay for a doctor's examination before starting work. The cost is 150 zł (deducted from salary);
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work amounting to 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of the month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- A category B driving license is required;
- Experience driving a vehicle weighing up to 3.5 tons for at least 3 months is required;
- Knowledge of Polish at a communicative level is required.

⏳ Minimum work period:
There is no minimum work period, but you must give two weeks' notice before quitting. If you quit without notice, a penalty of 1000 zł is withheld.
