Work in the production of Christmas decorations Plant Trend

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and married couples up to 55 years old.

For those planning to continue working in the Netherlands after the project ends, the age limit is up to 45 years. For older individuals, employment is possible by individual agreement.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Krapkowice, Jana Kilińskiego 1 (~25 km from Opole).

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- For students under 26 years old, the gross rate is equal to the net rate.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The workday lasts 11 hours, from 06:00 to 17:00;
- There may be additional hours for large volumes of orders;
- Breaks are not paid. For work up to 10 hours, total break time is 40 minutes, and for work over 10 hours — 50 minutes;
- The work takes place only during the daytime, no night shifts. 

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the order volume decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Required to assemble and decorate festive compositions from conifer branches, cones, ribbons, and other decorative elements, pack finished products, and also perform simple auxiliary tasks in the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a surcharge of 1 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in private houses;
- 2–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Bathrooms may be located directly in the rooms or on the floor and shared for 3–5 rooms;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the company is organized by a company bus and costs 100 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary).

📌 Additional information:
- The company is engaged in the production and packaging of Christmas products and festive decorative compositions. The work is seasonal and will last approximately 2 months;
- Work takes place in a warm room;
- After the project in Poland, there is an opportunity to continue seasonal work in the Netherlands. For the transition, it's important to consistently attend work in Poland and not have absences without a valid reason;
- An advance can be obtained after the first week of work, and its size is agreed individually with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited by the 10th of each month to a bank account.
