Work in the Rossmann cosmetics warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Dąbrówka Wielka, Dąbrowska 1 (~20 km from Łódź).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 26,20 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32,50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- 27,05 zł/hour net with independent housing rent;
- 33,50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate) with independent housing rent;
- Bonus from 500 to 1000 zł gross for meeting the set norm;
- Food allowance 12 zł for each worked day.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Sunday to Friday;
- Saturday is a day off;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- If necessary, there is an opportunity to work additional hours.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours also decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to compile goods using a manual pallet truck, sort and move them around the warehouse, and prepare orders for shipment. Responsibilities also include checking the correctness of the compilation, maintaining order at the workplace, and adhering to safety rules.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment or house;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Regular single-tier beds are provided in accommodation;
- Separate rooms for married couples are available;
- Wi-Fi and all necessary household amenities are available.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Training is conducted before starting work, during which all necessary processes are shown and explained;
- Sanitary book for employment is not required;
- Temperature maintained at the warehouse is about +20 degrees;
- The job does not involve significant physical exertion;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided for 200 zł. This amount is deducted once from the salary;
- Free transport from Łódź and Zgierz to the workplace and back is provided;
- Using personal or public transportation is not compensated;
- You need to be at the stop approximately 1 hour before the start of the shift. The exact departure time is informed before starting work;
- Advance payment can be received once after 7 workdays;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.
🚍 Transport is provided from the following locations:
- Łódź, Sienkiewicza 85/87;
- Zgierz, Aleja Armii Krajowej 10.

⏳Minimum working period:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If the work is finished earlier than this period, from 500 to 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
