Chambermaid at the Polana Jakuszycka hotel

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 55 years old.

If you have work experience and you are slightly older than the specified age, this is not a barrier. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Szklarska Poręba, Jakuszyce 8 (~20 km from Jelenia Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student documentation).

🕐 Work schedule:
- The work schedule is set directly in the hotel;
- Days off can fall on weekdays or Saturday or Sunday;
- Working hours last 8 - 10 hours;
- Work is during daytime hours, leaving the night for sleep and rest;
- On average, you can work 200–240 hours per month, depending on the workload.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the hotel's occupancy and the number of guests. When there are more guests, there is more work, and consequently, the number of hours increases. When the workload is lower, the working hours may be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to clean rooms and the hotel's common areas: corridors, elevators, toilets, pool, staff rooms, and the outdoor area. During work, you should use the necessary equipment and cleaning products and follow established DCS standards and procedures. There is no division solely for room cleaning — the job involves tasks in various hotel areas.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 2 - 3 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation has regular comfortable beds;
- The commute to the workplace takes about 5 minutes by train. Travel expenses are self-paid and not reimbursed.

📄 Type of contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Experience in hotel cleaning will be an advantage but is not mandatory;
- For work, you need to have your own black t-shirt, black pants, and comfortable shoes;
- There is a possibility to purchase food on the hotel premises with a 20% discount;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 500 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum employment period:
The minimum employment period is 3 months. If there is a need to resign earlier, it is important to inform the coordinator in advance and explain the reason. In such a case, no fine is applied. If one resigns without notice, a fine of 1500 zł is imposed.
