Work at the Shein clothing and accessories warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 60 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Będzin, Pustkowie 14  (~20 km from Katowice).

📍 City of registration:
Poland, Opole or Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 25.55 zł/hour net with Pit-2 signing;
- 33 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Additional bonuses for work efficiency and productivity are provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (shift) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- After every four working days, two days off are provided;
- The working day lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:45;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 04:45;
- During the working day, a 30-minute break is provided to rest and regain strength.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Sorting goods for client delivery, placing clothes after returns on shelves, packing and assembling orders according to the shopping list from the website. The job also involves the use of a scanner with graphic markings. It is important to maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace to ensure the process is organized and comfortable.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 830 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, a surcharge of 1 zł for each hour worked is provided. If your accommodation is self-arranged but you use the employer's organized transportation, the surcharge of 1 zł per hour is not applied;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house, or apartment;
- 3 - 4 persons will reside in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- It is necessary to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Organized transportation from housing to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

Settlement depends on the availability of free places, so unfortunately, there is no possibility to choose specific housing. The final decision depends on housing occupancy at the time of your arrival.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place in a new modern clothing warehouse under comfortable conditions. All processes are carried out standing, without physical strain and do not require any special skills;
- Order picking is carried out using a scanner that supports multiple languages;
- Training lasts only one day, after which you can fully start working;
- Gradual efficiency standards are in place, so you can calmly get used to the work and learn all processes. No productivity standard is set on the first day. On the second day, you must achieve 50% efficiency, on the third — 65%, on the fourth — 80%, on the fifth — 90%, and from the sixth day, full productivity standards, i.e., 100%, are expected;
- Performance norms are set at each stage of work. During assembly, 90 to 100 units must be picked, and during storage — 225 to 250 units. All indicators are quite achievable, especially after a short training period;
- Meals need to be brought with you, the warehouse has a canteen with a refrigerator where you can conveniently have a snack during the break. Also, there are vending machines with drinks and sweets, so you can always quickly perk up with coffee or get something tasty;
- On days of increased workload, for example, during Black Friday or the Christmas period, the rate increases by 1 zł/hour;
- It is forbidden to bring food and sweets, wallets, and coins, caps, keys, cosmetics, electronics, and phones, opaque water bottles or thermoses, lighters, matches, electronic cigarettes, medicines, jewelry, watches, bracelets, sunglasses, and belts with a metal buckle or piercings into the product department. Exceptions are only for work devices registered with security;
- During registration, accommodation in Opole or Wrocław is provided. Cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately upon registration;
- An advance payment is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

- Assistance is provided with the processing of residency cards.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residency card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If dismissed without one month’s notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If prior notice is given, 500 zł is deducted.
