Work in production of sponges and scrubbers Arix

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women, married couples up to 60 years old. 

📍 Work location:
Poland, Kleszczów, Przemysłowa 8 (~95 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- 24.47 zł/hour net for women;
- 25 zł/hour net for men;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Two paid breaks lasting 20 minutes each are provided during the workday.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- It's necessary to pack finished products, label and mark accordingly, check the quality of goods and select defective products. It is also necessary to move products between production areas, cut sponges according to established standards and maintain cleanliness at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 700 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- No additional payment for independently rented accommodation;
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Regular single-story beds are available in the accommodation;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided. You need to reach the enterprise on your own by foot, which takes approximately 30–40 minutes.

📌 Additional information:
- The work does not involve significant physical exertion, lifting and carrying heavy objects is not required. The products are light, the main processes involve packaging, labeling, and cutting dishwashing sponges;
- Work processes are performed standing up;
- A comfortable temperature from +20 to +24 degrees is maintained at the production site;
- Work clothes are provided free of charge if you work at least 6 months. If the job is terminated before this period, 300 zł will be deducted from your salary;
- If absent from work without a valid reason and prior notice, a penalty of 250 zł for each missed workday is foreseen;
- If you are sick or have another valid reason and have previously informed about your absence, the penalty is not applied;
- An advance of 400 zł can be received after the first week of work. If necessary, two advances totaling up to 800 zł can be obtained within a month;
- Salaries are accrued between the 20th and 25th of each month for the previous worked month exclusively to a bank account. Cash payment is not provided.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic level of Polish language is required.

- All work processes are demonstrated and explained in detail on site, so getting accustomed will not be difficult;

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum period of work is two months. If you plan to resign, it is mandatory to give a two-week notice. If not done in time, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary.
