Assistant to the master in interior repair works

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Work city:
Germany, Koblenz.

After completion of the work at the first site, work is planned at other sites throughout the country.

💵 Salary:
- 10 - 12 €/hour net depending on the quality of work performed.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Work on Saturday possible if needed;
- Work day lasts 9 hours;
- Work during daytime hours to keep the night for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the volume of repair work. If there are more tasks, the number of hours increases accordingly, and thus the opportunity to earn more. If there is less work, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Need to assist the master during interior finishing works and complete his assignments. Tasks include the installation of windows and interior doors, assistance with plastering and rendering surfaces, wallpapering, and laying laminate. Also, during the process, various construction tools need to be used.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 350 €/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 2 people will live in the room;
- Organized commute from housing to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
A1 posting from Poland (Umowa zlecenie).

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to be able to use various construction tools and have basic skills and understanding of the main processes of interior construction works;
- The work involves processing by the A1 posting form;
- A company car is provided for daily commuting to the workplace, so a category B driver's license is required; 
- Work clothes and shoes with a metal protection toe cap need to be owned by the worker;
- All necessary tools for work are provided on-site;
- Advances are not provided, so it's important to take care of personal expenses before receiving the first salary;
- Salary is credited from the 15th to the 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- At least half a year of similar work experience is required.
