Work in the production of plastic parts at Serix

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Workplace City:
Poland, Myszków, Przemysłowa 12 (~55 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration City:
Poland, Myszków. 

💵 Salary:
- 25.30 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate). 

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 12 hours, and in case of work on Saturday — 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00. 

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are a lot of orders, there will be more working hours. If the order volume decreases, the number of working hours also decreases accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to work with washing machine parts: manufacture panels and apply the necessary printing using special equipment. It is also necessary to check the quality of the parts, remove excess plastic with a special knife, sort and pack the finished products. Duties also include maintaining cleanliness at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 500 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a surcharge of 1 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in houses or apartments;
- 2–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- The accommodation is equipped with standard single-level beds;
- The housing is located approximately 15–20 minutes walk from work.

📌 Additional Information:
- For women, the work does not involve lifting heavy items, the main processes are quality control, sorting, and packing products. Men need to lift raw materials weighing up to 25 kg and load them into production equipment;
- All work processes are performed standing at the conveyor line;
- The noise level is within permissible limits, there is a smell of plastic in the room;
- The temperature at the enterprise is maintained from +22 to +25 degrees;
- The medical examination is free of charge if you work 2 months. Before passing it, you need to make a deposit of 100 zł, which is returned after 2 months of work. If you work less than this period, 400 zł is deducted from your salary;
- An advance of 200 zł can be received after 14 days of work. It is usually provided once, but if necessary, a repeated advance can be agreed upon;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of each month for the previous worked month exclusively to a Polish bank account.

✅ Advantages:
- Work clothes are provided free of charge, namely pants, T-shirt, shirt, and work shoes with a metal insert;
- Knowledge of Polish and work experience are not required
- All work processes are shown and explained in practice, so it will not be difficult to get settled in a new place.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum Work Period:
The minimum work period is 2 months. If you work less than this period, 400 zł is deducted from your salary for the medical examination. If you plan to quit, you must notify at least 14 days in advance. In case of dismissal without prior notice, a penalty equal to 5 working days' salary is provided.
