Work in the production of paper products Tymos

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Brzeg, Kopernika 1 (~45 km from Opole).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 25.79 zł/hour net after signing Pit-2;
- 26.68 zł/hour net for individuals under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays, Saturday, or Sunday;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- If necessary, you can work 12 hours;
- Number of working hours is at least 180 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the production orders. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, consequently, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work as a production equipment operator and be involved in the production of paper bags, control the equipment, and monitor the production process, pack finished bags and check their quality. Also, you need to perform assigned tasks related to production, maintain order in the workplace, and comply with safety and production instructions.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- If renting independently, an additional 2 zł per working hour is provided (need to clarify at the office when registering);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Accommodation is within walking distance, you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place at a modern production facility that produces paper bags, colored and decorative paper;
- Working processes are carried out standing by production machines;
- Knowledge of Polish is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement;
- During the registration period, accommodation is provided in Opole. Cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately upon registration;
- An advance of 300 zł is paid after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free entry, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 4 months. If resigned without a 1-month notice, a fine of 2000 zł is imposed. If notified in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
