Work in berry picking Vital Berry

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples aged from 16 to 60 years old. 

For individuals aged 16 to 18, employment is possible together with parents. 

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Obsza, 134C (~65 km from Rava-Ruska, Ukraine).

💵 Salary:
Payment depends on the type of berries you pick. Each crop has a separate rate:
- Strawberries — 2.5 zł per kilogram picked;
- Blueberries — 5.5 zł per kilogram picked;
- Raspberries — from 8 zł per kilogram picked;
- Blackberries — from 6 zł per kilogram picked;
- Other agricultural works are paid at a rate of 23 zł/hour.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Days off can fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The duration of work depends on the amount of berries and can range from 6 to 11 hours per day;
- During the workday, breaks can be taken as needed, when necessary;
- Work is only during daytime.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours may depend on weather conditions. As part of the work is done outdoors, during heavy rainfall, harvesting may be temporarily suspended. Consequently, on some days, the number of hours worked may be less.

🛠 Duties:
- It is required to pick blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge in trailers or houses located near the workplace;
- Rooms will accommodate 2-6 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for family couples and families when possible. There are also separate apartments designed for families of up to 4 people;
- Standard single and bunk beds are equipped where you stay;
- You need to have your own bed linen, but if necessary, it can be provided on site;
- For comfortable living, everything you need is available: equipped kitchen and dining room, showers, toilets, washing machines, refrigerators, and Wi-Fi. In some houses, each room has a separate refrigerator;
- Depending on the location of the accommodation, there may be shops, a pizzeria, and sports grounds nearby;
- Near some houses, there is a rest and grill area, a volleyball court, and a forest and river located nearby;
- If there are no shops nearby, a mobile store regularly comes where you can purchase necessary products.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is scheduled until the end of November;
- You need to have your own work clothes and comfortable footwear;
- Work is paid on a piece-rate basis, so earnings depend on the quantity of berries picked;
- There are no set norms — everyone works at their own pace and picks as many berries as they can;
- Raspberries need to be gently placed in small containers weighing from 125 to 250 g, most commonly containers of 125 g are used;
- Usually, during one go, 2 boxes of raspberries are collected with a total weight of about 3-4.5 kg. Once filled, the boxes need to be taken to the reception area, delivered, and then return to continue working;
- The length of the greenhouses is approximately 100-125 meters;
- If the raspberry work finishes earlier, one can switch to other processes: picking strawberries, blackberries, or performing various agricultural tasks. Plenty of additional work is provided, so there is an opportunity to extend the workday;
- An advance can be received after 7-10 days of work;
- Wages are paid in cash by the 10th of each month for the previous worked month.

- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience is not required;

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
If you plan to quit, you need to notify at least 7 days in advance. Departure from accommodation is available on Thursday with no penalties for resignation.
