Work in berry picking Vital Berry

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples aged 16 to 60. 

For individuals aged 16 to 18, employment is possible together with parents. 

📍 City of work:
Poland, Obsza, 134C (~65 km from Rava-Ruska, Ukraine).

💵 Salary:
Payment depends on the type of berries you pick. Each type has its own rate:
- Strawberries — 2.5 zł per kilogram picked;
- Blueberries — 5.5 zł per kilogram picked;
- Raspberries — from 8 zł per kilogram picked;
- Blackberries — from 6 zł per kilogram picked;
- Other agrotechnical work is paid at a rate from 23 zł/hour.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (flexible) schedule;
- Day off can fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The duration of work depends on the quantity of berries and can range from 6 to 11 hours a day;
- During the workday, breaks can be taken as needed;
- Work is conducted only during daytime.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours may depend on weather conditions. Since part of the work is done outdoors, during heavy rain the harvest may be temporarily suspended. Therefore, the number of hours worked may be less on certain days.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to pick blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided for free in houses located near the workplace;
- Rooms accommodate 2–6 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for family couples and families when possible. There are also separate apartments designed for families of up to 4 people;
- Standard single and bunk beds are available in the accommodation;
- You are required to have your own bedding, but it can be provided if needed;
- For comfortable living, all necessities are provided: equipped kitchen and dining area, showers, toilets, washing machines, refrigerators, and Wi-Fi. In some houses each room has a separate refrigerator;
- Depending on the location of the housing, there may be shops, a pizzeria, and sports fields nearby;
- Near some houses there is a recreational and grilling area, a volleyball court, and nearby are forest and river;
- If there are no shops nearby, a mobile shop regularly visits where necessary products can be purchased.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is scheduled until the end of November;
- You need to have your own work clothes and comfortable shoes;
- Work is paid on a piece-rate basis, so earnings depend on the amount of berries picked;
- There are no set norms — everyone works at their own pace and picks as many berries as they can;
- Raspberries need to be carefully placed in small containers weighing from 125 to 250 g, most often 125 g containers are used;
- Typically, in one go, 2 crates of raspberries are collected with a total weight of about 3–4.5 kg. After filling, crates must be taken to the collection point, handed over, and returned to continue working;
- Greenhouses are approximately 100–125 meters long;
- If work with raspberries ends earlier, you can move on to other processes: picking strawberries, blackberries, or performing various agrotechnical tasks. There is enough additional work, so there is an opportunity to extend the workday;
- An advance can be obtained after 7–10 days of work;
- Salary is paid in cash by the 10th of each month for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working term:
If you plan to quit, you need to notify at least 7 days in advance. Departure from the accommodation is possible on Thursday, and there are no penalties for quitting.
