Pharmaceutical Packaging Production Job at Gerresheimer

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Bolesławiec, Boleslawa Chrobrego 15 (~50 km from Legnica).

💵 Salary:
- 30 zł/hour net regular rate for men;
- 28 zł/hour net regular rate for women;
- +2 zł/hour net for effective performance without absences;
- A higher rate is provided for students, the final amount is determined after providing documents from a Polish educational institution confirming studies.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The day off can be on a weekday or on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be correspondingly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Processes for men:
- You need to service production machines and equipment, install and feed glass tubes on the production line. It is also necessary to monitor the production process, check the quality of finished products, perform light material handling work within the production and maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.
Processes for women:
- You need to perform auxiliary operations on the production line, move light materials and blanks, assist equipment operators during the production process, as well as maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace and comply with production standards.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 800 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house, or apartment;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Accommodation can be located differently. If it is nearby, you can walk, and for those who live further, public transport access to and from the workplace is possible;
- You can move in after working 50 hours or earlier, but in this case, you will have to pay for the first week's accommodation yourself.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- A short interview is required before employment. It can be conducted online or on-site;
- Working processes take place standing at the conveyor line and near production machines;
- The enterprise is engaged in the production of packaging for the pharmaceutical industry;
- Work takes place in clean rooms where it is important to maintain high personal hygiene standards;
- Before starting work, you will need to obtain a medical certificate costing 80 zł. Assistance with obtaining it is provided, and the costs will be reimbursed with the salary;
- You need to have your own work clothes at the initial stage. After passing the probationary period, all necessary clothes for further work will be provided;
- Meals are not provided, you need to bring lunch with you;
- An advance can be received after working for one week;
- Salary is credited to the bank account between the 15th and 20th of each month.
