Upholsterer at Kler furniture production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Dobrodzień, Piastowska 68 (~45 km from Opole).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student proof);
- Bonuses ranging from 300 to 1300 zł net are provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. If there are many orders, working Saturdays are possible;
- The workday lasts 8 hours from 05:00 to 13:00. If desired, there is an option to work longer until 14:00 or 15:00;
- A break is provided during the workday from 09:00 to 09:15;
- Daytime work only.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus, more hours. If there are fewer orders, hours will consequently be a bit less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work with tools, including staplers and pneumatic guns, stretch and attach fabrics and leathers, mount springs, belts, foam, and other furniture elements. Responsibilities also include making minor adjustments, maintaining order at the workspace, and collaborating with other specialists in the production department.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in housing;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Housing is within walking distance, approximately 400 meters from the work.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Temperature at the enterprise is +20 degrees;
- Medical examination costs 200 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- There is an option to receive an advance weekly (the first advance is provided after 5 days of work in the amount of 200 zł);
- Salary is credited on the 25th of the following month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience as an upholsterer is required.

- Work occurs only during the day, without night shifts;
- Work clothes are provided for free;
- Knowledge of the Polish language is not required;
- Assistance is provided in obtaining a residence card.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment period:
The minimum work period is one and a half months. If you plan to resign, you must give a two-week notice. If not done on time, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
