Cashier at the Biedronka supermarket

🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Kraków.

💵 Salary:
- 26.35 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32.63 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The workday lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- On average 200 - 210 hours/month;
- Mostly work is performed during day shifts, but due to production needs, there may also be night shifts. Therefore, it is important to be ready to work at different times of the day.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the needs of the supermarket. If there are more customers in the store or additional help is needed on certain days, the number of working hours may be greater. If the workload is less, the number of hours may accordingly be somewhat less.

🛠 Duties:
- The work involves operating the cash register and payment terminal, accepting payments from customers, and issuing receipts. It is also necessary to consult customers about products, assist with selection, and answer questions. Duties include stocking shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, and ensuring price tags are current. It is important to maintain order in the workplace, assist colleagues with daily tasks, and participate in the store's operations to ensure comfortable customer service.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, own housing is required;
- In case of renting accommodation independently, there is an allowance of 1 zł for each hour of work. For students under the age of 26, the allowance for independent accommodation is 1.23 zł for each hour of work.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work experience is not required. The work is simple and straightforward, and training is conducted before starting the job, so all necessary processes and tasks are taught on site;
- You need to have your own comfortable work clothing, which will be comfortable to perform daily duties during the shift. The clothing should be practical and tidy;
- Travel to the workplace by public transport;
- Sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Electric forklift certificate costs 250 zł (deducted from the second salary);
- An advance payment of 200 zł is issued after working 5 days;
- Salary is paid on the 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous month's work.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic level of Polish language is required.

Note:

⏳ Minimum working period:
