Work at the production of plastic containers conTeyor

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men under 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Międzyrzecze Dolne, Przedsiębiorców 1 (~20 km from Bielsko-Biała).

💵 Salary:
- 26.57 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32.90 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Optionally, you can work on Saturday. The number of working Saturdays depends on the production needs of the company;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to service equipment for cutting plastic elements, manually feeding plastic sheets to the equipment and stacking finished container elements according to the technological process.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, a supplement of 0.75 zł for each working hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 or 4 people will live in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out standing at production machines;
- Experience in production will be an advantage;
- Before starting work, you can visit the company for a tour to get acquainted with the production processes, working conditions, and your future workplace;
- Medical examination and safety training cost 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Getting to the workplace by public transport;
- Lunch needs to be brought with you;
- An advance payment is made after the first working week in the amount of 200 zł. This is a one-time payment until the first salary is received. Advance payments are made from the 10th to the 23rd of each month;
- Salary is credited between the 20th and 25th to a bank account;
- It is not possible to submit documents for a residence card for this vacancy.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work at least 168 hours. If you decide to resign earlier, be sure to give two weeks' notice. If you do not do this, 1000 zł will be deducted from your last salary.
