Textile Sewing Operator at 3HLinen

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 55 years old.

📍 Job location:
Poland, Łódź, Wersalska 47/lok.

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- Before starting work, you need to pass a short test and perform a practical task lasting about 1 hour. The results will determine the hourly rate.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are days off, but additional shifts can be taken on weekends if desired;
- The work starts at 06:00. There is an opportunity to work for 8, 10, 12, or 14 hours;
- Work is only during daytime, leaving the night free for sleep and rest. 

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to sew shower curtains and bed linen on a sewing machine, monitor the quality of the seams, control the proper operation of the equipment, and check finished products for defects.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- In case of independently renting accommodation, a fee of 1 zł is provided for each hour of work (the fee is not provided for students).

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The company specializes in the sewing of textiles from linen fabrics;
- You need to have your own comfortable clothing and footwear for work;
- Transport to the place of work is not provided, so you need to get there on your own by public transport;
- Work is performed while sitting;
- It is possible to receive an advance weekly (the first advance is provided after 5 days of work in the amount of 200 zł);
- Salary is credited on the 25th of the following month to a bank account. 

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience working as a seamstress is required.

✅ Advantages:
- Work is only during the day, without night shifts;
- Work is carried out in a room with a comfortable room temperature;
- Knowledge of the Polish language is not required;
- Assistance is provided with obtaining a residence card.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period: 
The minimum period of work is one and a half months. If you plan to resign, you must notify two weeks in advance. Failure to do so on time will result in a deduction of 1000 zł from your salary.
