Job of stocking goods in Biedronka supermarket

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Zakopane.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- Working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- On average 200 - 210 hours/month;
- Predominantly work is done in night shifts, however due to production needs there may be day shifts. Therefore, it is important to be ready to work at different times of the day.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the needs of the supermarket. If there are more customers in the store or additional help is required on certain days, the number of working hours may be higher. If the workload is less, accordingly, the number of hours may be somewhat less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The job involves placing goods on shelves according to store standards, monitoring product expiration dates, and checking the relevance of price tags with their replacement if necessary. Responsibilities also include maintaining order in the trading hall, receiving and unloading deliveries, preparing goods for display, and providing assistance to customers if necessary. The worker participates in inventories and performs current tasks related to the organization of the store.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental of accommodation, a supplement of 1 zł for each hour worked is provided. For students under 26 years old, the supplement for independent living is 1.23 zł for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house, or apartment;
- 3 - 4 people will live in the room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Housing is within walking distance, making it easy to reach work on foot. Everything is planned for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work experience is not required. The job is simple and understandable, and training is provided before starting work, so all necessary processes and tasks are taught directly on the spot;
- For work, you need to have your own comfortable work clothes in which it will be comfortable to perform daily duties during the shift. Clothes should be practical and neat;
- Sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Forklift certificate costs 250 zł (deducted from the second salary);
- An advance is accrued after 5 days of work in the amount of 200 zł;
- Salary is accrued on the 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish is required at the comprehension level.
