Work in the production of Fiat car seats

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Zimna Wódka, Polska 3 (~40 km from Opole).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 23.50 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 25.29 zł/hour net when signing Pit-2;
- 26.18 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, there is a break that lasts 20 minutes to rest and rejuvenate;
- In case of production necessity, you need to work 12 hours;
- The number of working hours is no less than 180 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in production. If there are many orders, then there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble car seats according to instructions and images displayed on the screen. Responsibilities include installing electrical components of the seat, fusing the cover with foam, as well as working with a scanner and other power tools.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental of housing, a surcharge of 2 zł for each hour of work is provided (needs to be clarified at the office during registration);
- Housing is located in Strzelce Opolskie;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- There will be 2-4 people in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are set up in the lodging;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple for comfort and coziness;
- Organized transportation from housing to the workplace. Everything is planned for your convenience to ensure you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place at a modern automated factory where car seats for Fiat passenger and freight vehicles are manufactured;
- Training is provided before work commences, which lasts two weeks;
- Knowledge of the Polish language will be an advantage but is not a mandatory requirement;
- There are about 20 different production processes in manufacturing, each accompanied by detailed instructions and photos displayed on the screen. Thanks to this, working processes are straightforward and easy to master;
- Seats are assembled from separate components, and at each production stage, they undergo thorough quality and safety checks;
- The weight of individual seat components is about 5 kilograms;
- Production output standards apply to the entire group, not to each employee individually;
- Housing is located about 7 kilometers from the workplace. A company vehicle is provided for daily commuting;
- During registration, accommodation in Opole is provided. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you resign without a 1-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If notified in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
