Work at Iglotex semi-finished products warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men and women up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Dąbrowa, Bukowska 45 (~15 km from Poznań).

💵 Salary:
- 29.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 35 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Working schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays or Saturday and Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;​​
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- On average 180 - 210 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will correspondingly be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble and pack orders according to warehouse tasks. Work takes place in a dry warehouse where frozen products are stored. All processes are organized and understandable, and the workplace is kept in proper order.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- In case of self-arranged rental housing, an additional payment of 2 zł for each hour worked is provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out in motion and standing;
- Work can be performed in a warehouse with dry freezing where the temperature is around -20. The premises are closed, without wind and drafts. There are also processes in the fresh warehouse where the temperature is maintained from 0 to +6;
- For comfortable work, special warm work clothing is provided free of charge;
- A hot meal is provided free of charge;
- Coffee and tea are also available for free throughout the working day;
- Commute to the workplace by public transport;
- An advance is credited after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited between the 15th and 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous month worked.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level and the ability to read in Polish are required.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you resign without a 1-month notice, a fine of 1500 zł will be applied.
