Work at McDonald's fast food restaurant

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 65 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Nowy Dwór Gdański, Warszawska 2i (~40 km from Gdańsk).

💵 Salary:
- The salary is 4806 zł gross per month. The rate is fixed and paid in full regardless of the number of working hours in a specific month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- The day off can fall on any day of the week. Sunday always remains a working day;
- The workday lasts 8 hours. On weekends, the shift length may increase to 11 hours;
- The establishment operates from 06:00 to 00:00, so the start and end of the shift are determined within this schedule;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the workday;
- The work schedule is arranged a month in advance and published by the 15th of each month. All changes are agreed upon in advance, so you can plan your working time accordingly;
- Work takes place during the day so that the night remains for sleep and rest. 

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work involves preparing dishes according to company standards and serving guests of the establishment. Without knowledge of the Polish language, work will take place in the kitchen, and with a communicative level of Polish, there is also an opportunity to work at the cash register.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 790 zł per month (cost is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 2, 3, or 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Housing is located near the workplace, so it only takes about 5 minutes to walk.

📌 Additional information:
- A sanitary book costs 350 zł (cost is deducted from the salary);
- The advance amount depends on the number of working days. For example, after working 5 days, you can receive an advance of 200 zł. At the same time, large amounts are not provided in advance;
- Salary is credited to the bank account between the 15th and 25th of each month for the previous worked month.

- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience are not required;

- Assistance with obtaining a residence permit card is provided.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free regime, visa, residence permit card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment duration:
The minimum work duration is 3 months. In case of resignation, it is important to notify at least 1 month in advance. If you leave work without notice, a penalty of 1000 zł is deducted from the salary.
