Delivery Driver at Albinos Laundry

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Gdynia, Hutnicza 35.

💵 Salary:
- 26.50 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (rotating) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- Four shifts from 05:00 or from 06:00 to 18:00 or to 19:00;
- After this, two days off are provided so you can rest and recover;
- Possible work 5 days a week;
- Daytime work, so the night remains for sleep and rest;
- On average 180 - 240 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the workload of the laundry. If the volume of laundry is larger, then there will be more work and more hours. If there is less laundry, then the number of hours may be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to load carts with laundry into the vehicle, deliver laundry to clients on the designated route, and also receive and unload it from clients. It is also important to maintain order in the vehicle and at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- No allowance provided for self-renting housing.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- It is necessary to arrive at the base before the start of the shift, receive the company vehicle, and commence the route. After completing work, the vehicle must be returned to the base. A cargo van with a manual transmission is provided for work;
- Travel to the place of work by public transport;
- Access card is issued on the second working day. It is important to return it after completion of cooperation, otherwise a fine of 200 zł is charged;
- Being at work under the influence of alcohol is forbidden. Alcohol tests may be conducted according to internal company rules;
- Advance payment is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of the month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Driver's license category B is required;
- Experience driving a van with a manual transmission is required;
- Knowledge of the Polish language at level A1 - A2 is required.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
There is no minimum work term, but you must give two weeks' notice of resignation. If you resign without notice, a penalty of 1000 zł will be charged.
