Work in car headlight production at Varroc (PO Lighting)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Czech Republic, Šenov u Nového Jičína, Suvorovova 195 (~40 km from Ostrava).

💵 Salary:
- The basic salary is 27,723 Kč gross per month;
- A performance bonus of up to 15% can be earned;
- Night shift allowance is 26 Kč/hour;
- Work on weekends is paid with an additional 25%;
- All overtime hours are paid with an additional 35% to 50%;
- Considering all allowances, the salary is approximately 175 Kč/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes working Saturdays are possible;
- The working day lasts 8 hours, with an option to work 12 hours if desired;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- A 30-minute break and an additional short rest break are planned during the working day. Breaks are not paid.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the car plant. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours also decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to assemble car headlights and check the quality of the finished product.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge;
- Accommodation is provided in a dormitory;
- 3 people will live in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Ordinary single-tier beds are installed in the accommodations;
- If you rent housing on your own, a supplement of 3,500 Kč is provided for each month of work.

📄 Employment contract: 
Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, you need to pass a simple test consisting of practical and logical parts;
- The work is performed standing at a conveyor line;
- Work clothes are provided, namely pants, a T-shirt, and protective footwear with a reinforced toe;
- An advance of up to 2,000 Kč can be received after 5 worked days;
- Salary is paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

- Knowledge of the Czech language and work experience are not required;
- All work processes are explained on-site and help is provided to get accustomed quickly.

📋 Documents:
Citizenship of the European Union, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
You need to work for at least 3 months. In case of resignation, it is important to notify at least 14 days in advance. If you leave the job without notice, a penalty of 2500 Kč will be deducted from the salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
