Work at the Frisko warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and married couples up to 38 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, Ryszarda Chomicza 13B (~20 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 25.40 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student ID).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (variable) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The working day lasts 10 - 12 hours;
- The shift starts at 06:00 or at 18:00;
- On average, 200 - 240 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be accordingly, slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to collect goods in special plastic containers using a scanner and a manual cart, carefully complete orders, move goods around the warehouse, and monitor the correctness of the assembled products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 - 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental of accommodation, a supplement of 1.5 zł for every hour worked is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- The room will accommodate 2 - 4 persons;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged at the accommodation;
- Transportation from accommodation to the place of work is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out on the move using a scanner;
- You need to work in two warehouse zones. In the warm warehouse, the temperature is about +20, and in the Fresh zone — from 0 to +6;
- The warehouse premises have comfortable working conditions — there are no drafts, wind, or severe cold;
- Transport from the hostel to the place of work costs 200 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- For those who travel by private car, a transport compensation of 170 zł is provided;
- An advance is credited after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited from the 15th to the 25th of each month for the previous worked month into the bank account.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you resign without notice within 1 month, a penalty of 1500 zł will be withheld.
