🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged from 25 to 50 years.

If you have experience working in enterprises and are slightly older than the specified age, it is not an obstacle. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Łomża (~80 km from Białystok).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Łomza.

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 33.04 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (upon providing a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. Also, there may be 2 working Saturdays per month, which take place only in the first shift;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 05:00 to 15:00;
- Second shift from 15:00 to 01:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime up to 12 hours per shift if you wish to earn a higher salary;
- On average, you can work 186 - 220 hours per month, depending on the season and workload.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble plastic windows and double-glazed units, attach parts using a screwdriver, install locks, fasteners, and seals. You also need to perform glazing, specifically installing double-glazed units in frames, conducting gluing, and sealing. Responsibilities include removing finished windows from the production line, packing double-glazed units on pallets, preparing products for transportation using rubber bands, straps, film, and cardboard, as well as moving finished products to the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 700 zł per month (cost is deducted from the salary);
- For self-rented accommodation, a supplement of 2 zł for each working hour is provided;
- Preparation and booking of housing costs 100 zł (cost is deducted from the first salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- The accommodation is located about a 30-minute walk from the workplace. You can also independently reach it by public transport, which takes approximately the same amount of time.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The only physical load may occur when moving windows, but such tasks are performed together with other people;
- The medical examination costs 150 zł (cost is deducted from the first salary);
- An advance payment is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł. Until the first full salary is received, it is possible to take an advance weekly;
- The salary is credited on the 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic skills in working with hand and power tools are required, such as a hammer, drill, screwdriver, and other similar tools;
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

📋 Documents:
