🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged 25 to 50.

If you have experience working in enterprises and are slightly older than the specified age, this is not an obstacle. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Łomża, Akademicka 4 (~80 km from Białystok).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Łomza.

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 33.04 zł/hour net for students under the age of 26 (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. Also possible to work 2 Saturdays a month, which take place only on the first shift;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 05:00 to 15:00;
- Second shift from 15:00 to 01:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime up to 12 hours per shift if there is a desire to earn higher income;
- On average, you can work 186 - 220 hours per month, depending on the seasonality and volume of work.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to engage in assembling plastic windows and insulating glass units, attach parts using a screwdriver, install locks, fasteners, and seals. You also need to perform glazing, specifically install insulating glass units into frames, conduct gluing and sealing. Responsibilities include removing finished windows from the production line, packing insulating glass units on pallets, preparing products for transportation using rubber bands, straps, film, and cardboard, as well as moving finished products to the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 700 zł per month (cost deducted from salary);
- In case of self-rental of housing, a surcharge of 2 zł for each working hour is provided;
- Preparation and booking of housing costs 100 zł (cost deducted from the first salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are equipped in the accommodation;
- The housing is located approximately 30 minutes on foot from the workplace. It is also possible to reach by public transport independently, which takes approximately the same time.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The only physical strain may occur during window movement, but such tasks are performed together with other people;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (cost deducted from the first salary);
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł. Until the moment of receiving the first full salary, it is possible to take an advance weekly;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous month worked.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic skills in working with hand and power tools, such as a hammer, drill, screwdriver, and other similar tools are required;
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 2.5 months. If you stop working earlier than the established term, a penalty deduction is provided from the salary.
