Work in a municipal enterprise

🧑🏻 Applicants:

📍 Work location:
Poland, Łask (~40 km from Łódź).

📍 Registration location:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students under 26 (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Option to work shifts on weekends if desired;
- Workday lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- Work from 07:00 to 16:00;
- During the season, the workday lasts from 06:30 to 15:30;
- Work during the day so that the night is left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours may depend on the volume of planned work and weather conditions. If there are more tasks at the sites, such as during periods of active maintenance of areas, grass mowing, or seasonal cleaning, working hours may be longer. If the volume of work is smaller or weather conditions do not allow for certain tasks to be performed, the number of hours may be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to service highways, parks, and various areas. Responsibilities include mowing grass, cleaning leaves and branches, as well as traveling to sites to perform on-site tasks.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 750 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- No reimbursement for independent housing rental is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 or 3 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary beds are provided;
- Transportation is organized from housing to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience to make you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place outdoors, so you need to be prepared for different weather conditions and dress according to the season;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th to the bank account.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum working period:
There is no minimum working period, but you need to give two weeks' notice before quitting. If you quit without notice a fine of 1000 zł will be deducted.
