Work at the Albinos laundry

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men and women up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Gdynia, Hutnicza 35.

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- Two shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 and then two shifts from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Afterwards, two days off are provided so that you can rest and recharge.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the workload of the laundry. If the volume of laundry is higher, then there will be more work and more hours accordingly. If there is less laundry, then the number of hours may be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Sorter:
- You need to sort the laundry by categories, for example separately towels, bed linen, or other products, so that everything is organized and ready for further processing.
Washing machine operator:
- You need to load and unload washing machines and select appropriate washing or processing programs depending on the type of laundry.
Ironing machine operator:
- You need to feed laundry into the ironing machine and remove it after processing.
Warehouse department worker:
- You need to work in the warehouse department, pack products, and count the assortment so that everything is organized and corresponds to the quantity.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- No compensation for self-rented housing is provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional Information:
- Work experience is not required, as everything is taught on-site with step-by-step explanation of work processes;
- Commute to the workplace by public transport;
- Travel compensation is provided at a rate of 1 zł net for each hour of work;
- Work clothing is provided, including a T-shirt, fleece, leggings, or sports pants. The cost of the set is 130 zł;
- Access card is issued on the second working day. It is important to return it after the end of cooperation, otherwise there is a penalty of 200 zł;
- Being at work in a state of alcohol intoxication is prohibited. Alcohol tests may be conducted according to the company's internal rules;
- Advance payment is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is paid on the 20th of the month to a bank account.

- Assistance with obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents subject to agreement.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
There is no minimum term of work, however, you need to give two weeks' notice before resignation. If you resign without notice, a penalty of 1000 zł is imposed.
