Work at the Albinos laundry

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Women up to 55 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Gdynia, Hutnicza 35.

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student proof).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- Two shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 and then two shifts from 18:00 to 06:00;
- After this, two days off are provided for rest and recovery.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the laundry workload. If the volume of laundry is larger, there will be more work and more hours. If there is less laundry, the number of hours may be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Sorter:
- Sort laundry by categories, such as towels, bedding, or other items, so that everything is organized and ready for further processing.
Washing machine operator:
- Load and unload washing machines, and select the appropriate washing or treatment programs depending on the type of laundry.
Ironing machine operator:
- Feed laundry into the ironing machine and remove it after processing.
Warehouse department worker:
- Work in the warehouse department, package products, and count the assortment so everything is organized and matches the quantity.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- No allowance for independent rental housing is provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work experience is not required, as everything is taught on-site, step by step explaining the work processes;
- Commute to the workplace by public transport;
- Travel compensation is provided at 1 zł net for each working hour;
- Work clothes are provided, which include a t-shirt, fleece, leggings, or sports pants. The cost of the set is 130 zł;
- Access card is issued on the second working day. It is important to return it after completing the cooperation, otherwise, a fine of 200 zł is applied;
- Being at work under the influence of alcohol is prohibited. Alcohol tests may be conducted according to the company's internal rules;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th to the bank account.

- Assistance is provided with obtaining a residence card.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
There is no minimum work period, however, notification of termination is required two weeks in advance. A penalty of 1000 zł is applied if leaving without notice.
