🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 57 years old.

📍 Work Location:
Work at various sites throughout Germany.

The exact location of work is determined after registration depending on the need for workers at the sites.

📍 Place of Registration:
Poland, Gdańsk.

💵 Salary:
- 13 €/hour net.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Saturday work may be possible if needed;
- Workday lasts 10 hours;
- Work during daytime hours, leaving the night for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the volume of renovation work. If there are more tasks, the number of hours increases, thus providing the opportunity to earn more. If there is less work, then there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Drywall installer:
- Required to install drywall constructions on walls and ceilings, set up metal frames and profiles, and also install partitions, niches, and decorative elements. Joint filling, surface preparation for subsequent finishing, and compliance with technical requirements and construction standards while working are also necessary.
Tiler:
- Required to perform work on laying ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, and other facing materials on prepared surfaces. Responsibilities include surface preparation, cutting, and fitting tiles to required sizes, grouting, and performing final finishing. It is important to ensure quality control of the tiling at every stage.
Mason:
- Required to perform masonry work with various building materials, including working with ordinary building bricks, blocks, and clinker bricks. Responsibilities include building load-bearing and interior walls, partitions, and other constructions, preparing and applying building mixes, and controlling the masonry’s level according to project documentation. It is important to perform the work qualitatively and adhere to safety rules at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation provided for free;
- Accommodation is in hostels;
- 2 - 3 people per room;
- Organized commute from accommodation to the work site. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment Agreement:
A1 assignment from Poland (Umowa zlecenie).

📌 Additional Information:
- The work involves registration under the A1 assignment form. To sign the contract and necessary documents, you need to come to Gdańsk;
- The term for processing assignment documents after signing is approximately 2 - 3 days;
- Accommodation in Gdańsk is not provided, living expenses and travel are covered at your own cost;
- A company car is provided for daily commuting to the work site, so you need to have a category B driver's license;
- An advance can be received if needed, usually on Wednesday. The advance amount is agreed individually with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited to a bank account every month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- At least two years of similar work experience is required.

- Knowledge of the language is not required;
- Adaptation is easy, as each moment is explained in detail.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, Polish visa, residence card, or PESEL with UKR status (must have been in Poland for at least 31 days).

⏳ Minimum Work Term:
No minimum work term, however, you must give two weeks' notice before resignation.
