🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 57 years old.

📍 Work location:
Work at various sites throughout Germany.

The exact work location is determined after registration depending on the need for workers at the sites.

📍 Registration location:
Poland, Gdańsk.

💵 Salary:
- 14 - 15 €/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Work on Saturday is possible if needed;
- The workday lasts 10 hours;
- Daytime work so that the night is left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the volume of repair work. If there are more tasks, the number of hours increases accordingly, and thus the opportunity to earn more. If there is less work, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Drywaller:
- Perform installation of drywall structures on walls and ceilings, install metal frames and profiles, as well as mount partitions, niches, and decorative elements. Also, plaster joints, prepare surfaces for further finishing works, and comply with technical requirements and construction standards during work.
Tiler:
- Perform tiling work with ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, and other facing materials on prepared surfaces. Responsibilities include preparing the base, cutting and fitting tiles to required sizes, filling joints, as well as performing final finishing work. It is important to ensure quality control of the installation at every stage.
Bricklayer:
- Perform masonry work with various building materials, including working with ordinary building bricks, blocks, and clinker bricks. Responsibilities include laying load-bearing and internal walls, partitions, and other construction structures, preparing and applying construction solutions, as well as controlling the evenness of the masonry according to project documentation. It is important to do quality work and adhere to safety rules in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided for free;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 - 3 people will live in a room;
- Organized transport from housing to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience so you can feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
A1 posting from Poland (Umowa zlecenie).

📌 Additional information:
- The job involves registration for the A1 posting. To sign the contract and required documents, you need to come to Gdańsk;
- The processing time for posting documents after signing the contract is approximately 2 - 3 days;
- Accommodation in Gdańsk is not provided, accommodation and travel expenses are covered at personal expense;
- For daily commuting to the workplace, a company car is provided, so a category B driving license is required; 
- An advance can be obtained if needed, usually on Wednesday. The amount of the advance is agreed individually with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited to a bank account each month for the previously worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- At least two years of similar work experience is required.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work term:
There is no minimum work term, however, you need to give two weeks' notice before leaving.
