🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged between 35 to 50 years.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net when signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for individuals up to 26 years;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Day off can fall on a weekday, Saturday or Sunday;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, there is a paid break lasting 20 or 30 minutes to rest and recharge;
- On average 240 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to receive and carefully stack finished products, perform loading and transportation of finished parts using a forklift, as well as service casting furnaces. Additionally, there is other simple physical work, such as sorting and loading scrap metal or cleaning car rims from unnecessary parts.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental, a supplement of 2 zł per working hour is provided (needs to be confirmed at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Standard comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Housing is within walking distance (15 - 20 minutes walk), making it easy to get to work on foot. Everything is thought out for your convenience to ensure you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The job is physical, with noise at the facility;
- It's not hot in the workshops, the increased temperature is only felt near the furnaces;
- During night shifts, a wide choice of food is provided, and during day shifts, there may be fruits;
- The weight of the finished product is 8 kilograms;
- After 3 months of work, the company determines whether the cooperation will continue further;
- Accommodation is provided during registration in Opole or Wrocław. The cost is 250 zł, payable in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work amounting to 300 zł;
- Salary is credited to a bank account on the 15th of the month for the previous month's work.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If resigning without 1 month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If notified in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
