Assistant lacquering specialist for powder coating ABC Colorex

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Kraków, Łuczanowicka 30.

💵 Salary:
- 24 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 16:00 to 02:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and consequently more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to prepare elements for painting, hang and remove already painted parts, and also pack finished products. Responsibilities include performing auxiliary work in production and grinding elements before further processing.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, a supplement of 1 zł for each hour of work is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work at a modern enterprise, which is a leader in the field of powder coating and one of the largest metalworking plants in Poland;
- Work processes take place standing and in motion;
- Meals need to be brought with you;
- The weight of most products does not exceed 5 kg, so the work does not require great physical effort. Sometimes there may be situations when it is necessary to carry heavier elements weighing about 40 - 50 kg, but this is always done together with other employees, in a team;
- The temperature in the enterprise is +17 - +18 degrees;
- If you have a category B driver's license, it is possible to travel to the workplace by company car;
- An advance payment is made after 10 working days in the amount of 300 zł. This is a one-time payment until the first salary is received;
- Salary is credited to a bank account.

- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.
