Berry Picking Job at Fieldstone

🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Work location:
Poland, Sławoszynko (~50 km from Gdynia).

Upon arrival in Radomsko, a driver will meet you and take you to your accommodation.

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Workday lasts 10 - 12 hours and runs from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Work takes place during the day so that the night is left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours may depend on weather conditions. Since some work is done outdoors, during heavy rainfall, harvesting may be temporarily suspended. As a result, the number of hours worked on certain days may be less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The main responsibility is harvesting raspberries in tunnels. Work may also involve blueberry picking if needed.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 300 zł per month (deducted from your salary);
- No extra payment for renting your own accommodation;
- Accommodation is provided in wagons;
- 2 or 3 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Comfortable accommodation is provided with all necessary amenities, including hot and cold water, a kitchen, and a relaxation area;
- The housing is located close to the workplace.

📌 Additional information:
- You must be prepared for physical work;
- You need to have your own comfortable clothes and shoes in which it will be comfortable to work;
- The work is paid by the hour, not by the amount of product collected. The set collection rate is 3–4 kg per hour;
- The medical examination costs 200 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- It is possible to receive an advance payment weekly (the first advance is provided after 5 days of work in the amount of 200 zł);
- Salary is credited on the 25th of the following month to a bank account.

- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience is not required;
- You don't have to know everything right away, as everyone helps to gradually understand.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is one and a half months. If you plan to resign, you must notify two weeks in advance. If you do not do this in time, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary.

💵 Salary:
Hourly rate depends on the amount of raspberries harvested per hour:
- The minimum rate is 25.50 zł/hour net;
- 3.05-3.35 kg/hour — 26.40 zł/hour net;
- 3.36-3.65 kg/hour — 28.80 zł/hour net;
- 3.66-3.95 kg/hour — 31.20 zł/hour net;
- 3.96-4.26 kg/hour — 33.60 zł/hour net.
Hourly rate depends on the amount of blueberries harvested per hour:
- The minimum rate is 25 zł/hour net;
- 4.32-4.74 kg/hour — 25.30 zł/hour net;
- 4.75-5.17 kg/hour — 27.60 zł/hour net;
- 5.18-5.60 kg/hour — 29.90 zł/hour net;
- 5.61-6.04 kg/hour — 32.20 zł/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- One day off per week is provided, which can be arranged with the supervisor;
- The working day starts at 06:00 and lasts until the daily norm is fulfilled;
- Work during daytime hours, so nights are left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours may depend on weather conditions. Since part of the work is carried out outdoors, harvest collection may be temporarily suspended during heavy rainfall. As a result, on certain days, the number of hours worked may be less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Raspberries need to be collected in the greenhouse and blueberries in the field. Duties also include sorting collected produce and carefully packing it.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 300 zł per month (cost is deducted from salary);
- Regular and bunk beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Separate rooms are available for family couples;
- At the first location, accommodation is provided in caravans next to the plantation. At the second location, near the sea, accommodation is provided in a hostel close to the workplace.

📌 Additional information:
- Raspberry picking takes place in the greenhouse, and blueberry picking — in the open air. In case of heavy rainfall, outdoor harvest collection may be temporarily suspended;
- Management determines which berry needs to be collected. This depends on the season, crop ripeness, and the current needs of the farm;
- Good physical shape is important;
- You need to have your own comfortable clothes and shoes in which it will be comfortable to work;
- Hair must be neatly tied back. Wearing jewelry and accessories is not permitted during work;
- An advance can be received after 7 days of work. To do this, contact the coordinator;
- Salary is credited up to the 25th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

⏳ Minimum work period:
