Job in the production of Electrolux drying machines

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, SIewierz, Warszawska 87 (~35 km from Katowice)

📍 Registration location:
Poland, Świdnica or SIewierz.

💵 Salary:
- Salary is 4,806 zł gross per month, provided you work 168 hours;
- All overtime hours are paid with a 50% bonus;
- Overtime hours at night and work on Saturdays are paid with a 100% bonus;
- Night work bonus is 20%;
- For each full worked month, a bonus of up to 15% (up to 530 zł) is provided;
- Laundry compensation for workwear is 60 zł per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- During the working day, there are three paid breaks: one lasting 20 minutes and two lasting 5 minutes each.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to work on an assembly line and assemble clothes dryers from ready-made parts. During the process, you need to install individual elements in their places and check the correctness of the assembly.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The accommodation cost is 625 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- Rooms will accommodate 3–4 persons each;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular single beds;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- You need to have your own bed linen;
- The accommodation is within walking distance from the workplace.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is performed standing at the assembly line;
- It is not required to lift heavy items during work;
- A comfortable room temperature is maintained at the enterprise;
- Meals are not provided, but lunch can be purchased at the enterprise at an affordable price;
- An advance payment can be received after the first week of work and before receiving the first salary. After that, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited by the 10th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

- You do not need to lift anything heavy during work;
- The work takes place indoors with a comfortable room temperature;
- For each full worked month, 2 days of paid leave are provided. If these days are not used, compensation from 340 zł is paid after the contract ends;
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience are not required;
- Before starting work, all necessary processes are shown and explained in detail on-site;
- Assistance with obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
A minimum of 4 months must be worked, otherwise 300 zł will be deducted from the salary.
