Work in product assembly for gas stations and McDonald's (Havi)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 40 years old.

📍 City of work: 
Poland, Koninko, Drukarska 42 (~15 km from Poznań).

💵 Salary:
- 26.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32.81 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- There is a possibility to receive bonuses.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- The day off can fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 12:00 to 20:00;
- Third shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Fourth shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Work shifts alternate weekly.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are on the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly there will be slightly fewer hours. 

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to package orders for clients, receive goods, place products in the warehouse using a scanner, and maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 750 zł per month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- A deposit of 200 zł is required upon check-in. It is returned after 30 working days;
- Accommodation is provided in hostels;
- 2 or 4 people will live in the room;
- The accommodation has standard comfortable beds;
- Accommodation is provided in the city of Koninko or Poznań. From Koninko, you can easily walk to work, which is very convenient. If you live in Poznań, you can comfortably reach the company by public bus from Rondo Rataje.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to be responsible, attentive, honest, and independent;
- Work is performed in two temperature zones: +20 - +6 degrees;
- Work is done on the move, so during the shift, you need to actively move around the warehouse. To perform tasks, you need to use a scanner and operate a forklift;
- There is an opportunity to undergo training to receive a UDT certificate. The cost of the course is 1300 zł, and this amount must be paid immediately. If after training you continue working as a forklift driver, after 6 months of work, the full cost of the training will be reimbursed. If you do not stay in this position, the funds for the course will not be reimbursed;
- The sanitary book costs 400 zł. If you do not work for 1 month, this amount is deducted from the salary;
- An advance is provided after 5 working days in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th day to the bank account every month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.
