💵 Salary:
- 14.99 €/hour gross regular rate;
- For each unused day of paid leave, an additional 2.89 €/hour gross is accrued. This bonus is paid under the condition of stable work without absences;
- No work is conducted on holidays, but payment for these days is retained;
- For diligent and quality performance of duties, an additional bonus of up to 783 € net is provided. The decision on its accrual is made by management.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, occasionally work on Saturdays may also be possible;
- The workday lasts from 08:00 to 17:00;
- A break of 1 hour is provided during the workday;
- Work is only conducted during the day, with no night shifts;
- Additional hours can be taken by request. Usually, this amounts to about 20–30 additional hours a month;
- On average, one can work 160–200 hours a month.

🛠 Duties:
- Work with seedlings and plants: sorting seedlings, planting them in pots, and moving trays with plants. Strawberries also need to be planted in pots in the field and assistance with the installation of irrigation systems is required. During the season, duties additionally include picking raspberries and strawberries. Some work processes may take place outdoors.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 83.28 € per week or approximately 361.87 € per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Rooms will be shared by 2 people;
- All necessary amenities for living are available at the accommodation;
- A personal blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, and bed linen are required. Cooking utensils and personal dining utensils should also be brought.

📌 Additional information:
- The job involves physical activity, so it's important to be in good physical shape and ready to work on the move;
- Work processes are mainly conducted standing and in motion;
- Part of the work may be conducted outdoors under various weather conditions;
- Own work clothes and shoes are required. For outdoor work, a raincoat, work trousers, and rubber boots are essential;
- The work lasts until the end of December, after which a seasonal break is planned. In February, it's possible to return to the same job;
- An advance is provided for every 14 days worked in the amount of 200 €;
- Salary is credited on the 25th of each month to a bank account for the previous month's work.

⏳ Minimum work duration:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify at least 2 weeks in advance. There are no penalties or deductions from salary, just ensure timely notification.
