💵 Salary:
- 14,99 €/hour gross regular rate;
- An additional 2.89 €/hour gross is accrued for each unused day of paid vacation, provided there is stable work without absences;
- No work is conducted on public holidays, but you still receive payment;
- For diligent and quality performance of duties, an additional bonus of up to 783 € net is provided. The final decision on its accrual is made by management.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work takes place from Monday to Friday, sometimes also on working Saturdays;
- Work hours are from 08:00 to 17:00;
- There is a break during the workday lasting 1 hour;
- Work only takes place during day shifts;
- Overtime work is available if desired to earn more. Usually, this is 20–30 additional hours per month;
- On average, you can work 160–200 hours per month.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work involves sorting seedlings, planting them in pots, and moving pallets with plants. You also need to plant strawberries in pots in the field, help with the installation of irrigation systems, and during the season, harvest raspberries and strawberries. If necessary, work may take place outdoors.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 506 € per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- There will be 2 people per room;
- Comfortable living conditions are provided;
- You need to have your own blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, and bed linen. It's also necessary to bring utensils for cooking and tableware for daily use.

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to have a desire to work and be in good physical shape;
- The work lasts until the end of December, after which there is a break. You can return to the same job in February;
- Work processes take place standing and on the move;
- You need to have your own work clothes and shoes, including items for outdoor work. A raincoat, pants, and rubber boots will definitely be needed;
- An advance is provided for every 14 worked days in the amount of 200 €;
- Salary is credited on the 25th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum employment period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify at least 2 weeks in advance. No fines or deductions from the salary will occur, just make sure to inform in time.
