Work in the Ecologistics electronics warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 48 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Czech Republic, Dobrovíz, U Trati 216 (~25 km from Praha).

💵 Salary:
- 170 Kč/hour net regular rate;
- 180 Kč/hour net for forklift drivers;
- After three months of work, you can receive an additional 5 kč for each hour worked. The final decision on its allocation is made by the management.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Sunday to Friday;
- Day off on Saturday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- The working day starts at 07:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you want to earn more;
- On average, 180 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to load and unload vehicles, collect and pack orders, pack goods, participate in inventory, and work with complaints.

Work can be in different processes. Who and where works depends on the need at the specific moment. Everything is distributed on-site, so it is impossible to say in advance. But all processes are understandable, and everything will be calmly taught on-site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 8000 Kč/month (deducted from the salary);
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- For a couple, a separate room is provided for comfort and coziness.

📄 Employment contract: 
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- You need to be in good physical shape;
- There is an opportunity to undergo training and obtain a VZV průkaz license;
- Meals at your own expense;
- Commute to the workplace by public transport;
- Protective boots with metal or plastic toe caps are required. You can have your own or purchase on-site for 1200 kč;
- Advances are provided weekly in the amount of 2000 kč;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to the 25th of each month to your bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
There is no minimum term of employment, however, you need to give a two-week notice before quitting.
