Work in Ferrero candy packaging

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 53 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Łowicz (~80 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- 25.84 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student ID).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Work on Saturday possible if needed;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
 In case of increased workload, changes lasting 12 hours are possible.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and, accordingly, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then, consequently, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Disassembling pallets, packing products, and manually packaging sweets in branded packaging are required. It is also important to maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace. The work processes are simple and understandable, and all necessary tasks will be shown and explained in detail directly on site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- There will be 3 people in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is mainly done standing. Sometimes there are processes that can be performed sitting, but this is rare, so it is worth being prepared for standing work throughout the shift;
- Medical examination and safety training cost 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Travel to the workplace by public transport;
- Lunch must be brought with you;
- An advance is paid after the first working week in the amount of 200 zł. This is a one-time payment until the first salary is received. Advances are paid from the 10th to the 23rd of each month;
- Salary is credited to the bank account on the 20th - 25th.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
You need to work at least 168 hours. If you suddenly decide to resign earlier, be sure to notify two weeks in advance. If you do not do this, 1000 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
