Work in Ferrero candy packaging

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 60 years old. 

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Łowicz (~80 km from Łódź).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 25,36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- The work schedule and shift duration may vary depending on the current needs of the factory;
- On average, one can work 170 - 180 hours per month.
Work schedule for an 8-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00. 
Work schedule for a 12-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the confectionery factory has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will accordingly be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You will need to be engaged in packing finished products, working on the production line, and compiling orders using a hand truck.

Responsibilities may differ, as the work takes place in different production processes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 15 zł per day (cost is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hotel;
- The room accommodates 4 people;
- The accommodation has regular comfortable beds;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The distance from the accommodation to the workplace is approximately 2.5 kilometers, so it is conveniently accessible on foot;
- Free transportation to the workplace is provided. If all places in the main accommodation are occupied, settlement in a hostel located near the factory is possible. In this case, it is comfortable to reach work on foot, and the road takes about 20 - 25 minutes.

📌 Additional information:
- Depending on the process, the work can be performed sitting or standing;
- The temperature in the factory is +18 - +20 degrees; 
- The work is physically uncomplicated and does not require significant loads during duty performance;
- The work is seasonal and is approximately scheduled to last until the end of October. After the season ends, the coordinator will assist in finding another vacancy;
- Having painted nails, extended eyelashes, and wearing any jewelry is prohibited at work;
- A sanitary book costs 150 zł (the cost is deducted from the salary). If 168 hours are worked, the sanitary book registration is free;
- A deposit of 50 zł is required for work shoes and an access card, which is refunded after the end of work. If 168 hours are worked, the deposit is not withheld;
- After 5 worked days, advances can be received, averaging 100 - 200 zł weekly until the first full salary. It is also possible to arrange additional advances with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited by the 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

- You will quickly get used to the job, as necessary training and support are provided initially;

📋 Documents:
EU citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If there is a need to resign earlier, it is important to inform the coordinator in advance and explain the reason. In this case, no fine is applied. If not informed, a fine of 1000 zł may be provided.
