🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 50 years old.

📍 Workplace: 
Poland, Międzyrzec Podlaski, Radzyńska 9 (~50 km from Siedlce).

📍 Registration city: 
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 28.50 zł/hour net;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 - 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 - 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 - 06:00;
- A 20-minute break is provided every four hours;
- It is possible to work 16 hours/day (for example, from 06:00 to 14:00, 8 hours rest, then from 22:00 to 06:00).

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the confectionery factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You will be labeling, weighing, and packaging sweets. This may include cookies, pastries, and other confectionery products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 2, 3, or 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are available at the accommodation;
- Housing is within walking distance to the workplace.

📄 Employment contract: 
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional Information:
- The work mainly takes place standing, but there are high chairs available to sit during the process, although they are not always free;
- Work occurs on conveyor lines at a moderate pace;
- There is no physical load, nothing heavy to carry. The back may ache a little on the first days because the line is wide, but you quickly get used to it;
- It's better to bring lunch with you, there are always cookies and sweets in the canteen, you can have a snack during the break. Eating from the line and taking products home without permission is also prohibited;
- Due to sanitary requirements, you can only work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from salary);
- An advance payment is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited by the 28th of the month to the bank account.

- Work shoes are provided without a metal toe cap;
- Room temperature is maintained in the warehouse, so it's comfortable to work at any time of the year;
- Knowledge of Polish and work experience is not required;
- If something is unclear, you will definitely be trained and given detailed explanations;
- Assistance is provided with the preparation of a residence card.

📋 Documents: 
visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Contract work period:
The minimum work period is three months. If you finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary. If you plan to resign after this period, you must give two weeks' notice. If you do not do this in time, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary for breaching the terms and an additional 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
