Work at the production of Electrolux dishwashers

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace city:
Poland, Żarów, Fabryczna 10 (~50 km from Wrocław).

📍 Application city:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- The salary is 4,806 zł gross per month for 168 hours worked;
- All overtime hours are paid with a 50% surcharge;
- Overtime hours at night and work on Saturday are paid with a 100% surcharge;
- Night shift work adds a 20% surcharge;
- For each full worked month, one can receive a bonus of up to 15% (up to 530 zł);
- Reimbursement for washing work clothes is 60 zł per month. 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- During the workday, there are three paid breaks: one lasting 20 minutes, and two — 5 minutes each.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the number of working hours will be somewhat less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work on the production line and assemble dishwashers using a screwdriver.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 675 zł per month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Housing is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- Separate rooms are provided for family couples;
- You must have your own bed linen because it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Housing is within walking distance. The distance to work is up to 3 kilometers.

📌 Additional information:
- The work is performed standing by the conveyor line;
- Food is not provided, but lunch can be purchased at an affordable price at the company;
- An advance can be received after working the first week, before receiving the first salary. After the first salary payment, advances are no longer provided;
- The salary is credited to the bank account on the 10th of each month for the previous worked month.

✅ Advantages:
- For each worked month, 2 days of paid vacation are provided. If these days are not used, compensation from 340 zł is paid at the end of the contract;
- Work is performed only during the day, without night shifts;
- There is no need to lift heavy objects during work;
- Work is carried out indoors with a comfortable room temperature;
- Knowledge of Polish and work experience are not required;
- Work processes can be learned very quickly thanks to constant support;
- Assistance is provided with obtaining a residence permit card.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence permit card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work a minimum of 4 months, otherwise, 300 zł will be deducted from the salary.
