Work in the production of Voss automotive parts

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to the age of 55.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Legnica, Nowa Wieś Legnicka 101 (~30 km from Wałbrzych).

📍 Place of registration: 
Poland, Wałbrzych.

💵 Salary:
- 4811 zł/month gross average salary;
Allowances:
- +50% for overtime on weekdays;
- +100% for night overtime and work on weekends and holidays;
- +20% for night shifts.
Bonuses :
- 127 zł gross for work without absences;
- 610 zł gross for quality;
- 660 zł gross for work in a team system.

🕐 Work schedule:
- The working day lasts 8 hours.
The work schedule from Monday to Friday is as follows:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule in the team system is as follows:
- Two days from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Two days from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Two days from 22:00 to 06:00;
- After six shifts in a row, 2 days off are provided.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Work is required on a separate production site or assembly line, screwing necessary elements, gluing labels, marking parts, and checking the quality of finished products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 900 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- You must have your own bed linen;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A deposit of 200 zł is required upon check-in (refundable upon check-out);
- There is no possibility of deducting the deposit payment from the salary;
- In case of premature eviction from the accommodation (worked not a single day, but lived in the accommodation) – the deposit is non-refundable.

📌 Additional information:
- The enterprise is engaged in the production of auto parts for the automotive industry;
- For each worked month, 2 days of paid leave are accrued;
- Commute to the place of work by public transport;
- An advance is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 200 zł;
- 2 days of paid vacation are provided after a worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

- The work does not seem difficult, as each process has an explanation;
- Assistance is provided with obtaining a residence card.

📋 Documents:
EU citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Work term: 
You must work at least 21 days, otherwise, a deduction of 2000 zł will be made from the salary.
