Work in the production of ice cream and ready meals at Bidfood

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old, women up to 60 years old, married couples.

📍 Place of work: 
Czech Republic, Opava, Těšínská 1006/1 (~35 km from Ostrava).

💵 Salary:
- 150 Kč/hour net regular rate. 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- During the working day, there is a 5-minute break every 2 hours of work, as well as a lunch break lasting 20 minutes. Breaks are not paid;
- On average, you can work 200 - 240 hours per month.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00. 

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be correspondingly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to pack finished products, including chicken, ice cream, seafood, and various semi-finished products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The accommodation costs 100 Kč per day (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- A supplement for independent rental accommodation is provided in the amount of 2 000 Kč per month of work;
- Accommodation is provided at the hostel;
- 2 or 3 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- The residence is located within walking distance (400 meters walk), you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +5 - +15 degrees, depending on the department where the work is performed;
- There is a canteen on the company premises where you can buy lunch. Also, you can bring your own food if desired;
- An advance is provided after 5 working days up to 2000 Kč;
- Salary is paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work for at least 3 months. In case of resignation, it is important to give at least 14 days' notice. If you leave work without notice, a fine of 2500 Kč will be deducted from your salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
