Work in the production and packaging of Marion cosmetics

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 53 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Gdynia, Chwaszczyńska 131.

💵 Salary:
- 31,40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday;
- Saturday sometimes a workday (depends on production workload);
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in production. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for men:
- Work as an operator, load and unload products into the filling machine, prepare equipment for operation, and monitor the production process. Everything is done according to instructions, and training is provided before starting work to ensure you feel confident in your position.
Responsibilities for women:
- Engage in packaging, labeling, and wrapping goods with film, prepare pallets with finished products, participate in mask production, and assist near the machine. Also need to seal the finished goods.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- In case of independent rent, an additional payment of 1,50 zł/hour is provided for each hour worked (up to 300 zł/month).

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted standing by the production machines;
- On the first workday, training is conducted where everything is explained and demonstrated in detail to ensure you feel confident and quickly understand all processes.
- Bring your own lunch;
- You need to have your own comfortable work clothes and shoes;
- Commute to the workplace by public transport;
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of the month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify at least 2 weeks in advance.
