🧑🏻 Candidates:

If you have experience working in similar productions and are slightly older than the specified age, it is not a barrier. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Work city: 
Poland, Głobino, Przemysłowa 12 (~5 km from Słupsk).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work is from Monday to Friday, sometimes working Saturdays are possible, especially in the season;
- The workday lasts 8, 10, or 12 hours, sometimes up to 14 hours if there are urgent orders;
- The start time of the shift can vary depending on the schedule, including at 05:00, 06:00, 06:15, 07:00, 10:00, 12:00, or 14:00;
- The work schedule is set by the company, considering production needs;
- On average, the workload is 240 - 260 hours per month. In the season, from September to December, the number of hours can rise to 300 or more.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are a lot of orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Sorting, weighing, and preparation process (preliminary processing):
- You need to sort the fish by species, size, and quality, carefully selecting and removing damaged specimens. During work, you must weigh the products and distribute them into assortment groups, such as for smoking, marinating, or filleting. You also need to rinse the fish under a stream of cold water and, if necessary, clean it of scales. For certain types of products, removing the head, tail, and fins manually or using semi-automatic equipment is required. After preparation, the products should be passed on to the next processing stages, such as gutting, filleting, salting, or marinating.
Salting, marinating, and seasoning process (technological processing):
- You need to work on the portioning line, where the products are divided into the required weight and portions, sometimes with manual adjustment or automatically. During work, you need to form the products, place them in containers or on substrates. It is also important to check the weight and adjust it if necessary so that everything meets the established standards. 
Thermal processing, smoking, and sterilization process:
- You need to work with different processing processes depending on the type of product. For smoking, you need to load the products into the smoking chamber, set the time, temperature, and type of smoke, cold or hot smoking, and control the process. For boiled or pasteurized products, work involves cooking kettles or steam tunnels, where it is important to monitor temperature and cooking time. In the case of sterilization, for example, for canned food, you need to set the autoclave programs and control the processing. After completing all stages, the products need to be cooled according to the established technology, following clear instructions.
Packing and labeling process:
- You need to pack the finished products in various types of containers, such as glass, cans, plastic, or vacuum bags. During work, you need to do sealing, thermal welding, or vacuum packaging depending on the type of product. You also need to apply labels or control their printing, ensuring that they indicate the production date, expiration date, barcode, and batch number. It is important to check the packaging's tightness and appearance so that the product meets the established requirements.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The accommodation costs 18 zł per day (deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-rental, there is a surcharge of 1 zł for every working hour;
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, or hostel, depending on availability;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to be comfortable and cozy;
- The accommodation has regular comfortable beds set up;
- You need to have your own bedding, while a blanket and pillow are provided;
- Housing is located 6 kilometers from the workplace. 

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The temperature at the enterprise is +12 - +18 degrees;
- You need to bring lunch with you;
- The commute to the workplace costs 100 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- The sanitary book costs 200 zł (deducted from the salary). The registration takes about 4 - 5 days;
- An advance is provided after 5 worked shifts in the amount of 200 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th to a bank account.
🚍 Free commute is provided from the following locations:
- Gdyńska 155, 76-200 Słupsk, Poland.

⏳ Term of employment under the contract: 
You need to work at least 3 months. If you suddenly decide to end work earlier, 700 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
