🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Żory, Kawowa 3 (~45 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross for women;
- 31.80 zł/hour gross for men, after 6 months the rate increases to 32.50 zł/hour gross;
- For students, the gross rate equals the net rate

🕐 Working schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, there are two paid breaks of 15 minutes each.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours accordingly decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It's necessary to place cans on the conveyor line, screw plastic caps, and check the quality of finished products, including the presence of protective foil under the lid and correct labeling. Also required is packing coffee cans in cardboard boxes, stacking ready boxes on pallets, and maintaining order at the workplace. To avoid monotony, the processes on the conveyor line change every 2 hours.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 680 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- Rooms accommodate 2–5 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Single and bunk beds are available at the accommodation.

- The enterprise specializes in coffee production;
- Work is performed standing by the conveyor line;
- It's important to carry out all work processes carefully and attentively;
- There is no significant physical effort, but the working day is 12 hours, so it's important to be prepared for prolonged standing work;
- It is prohibited to wear jewelry during work, including rings, earrings, chains, watches, bracelets, and piercings;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so getting there by public transport is necessary;
- A sanitary book costs 150 zł (deducted from salary);
- An advance can be obtained after the first week of work, and its size is agreed individually with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited by the 10th of each month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Polish language skills at the comprehension level are required.

💵 Salary:
- The rate for women is 25.30 zł/hour net;
- For men — 25.68 zł/hour net;
- For students under 26 years the rate is 31.40 zł/hour net (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- The working day includes two paid breaks: one lasting 20 minutes, the second — 15 minutes.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to fill jars with coffee, weigh them according to the established norm, label and check the quality of the product. Ready jars should be carefully packed into cardboard boxes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 2–4 people will live in rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Regular single beds are in the accommodation;
- No allowance for renting separate accommodation;
- Free city buses №1–6 can be used to get to work. The journey takes about 15–20 minutes, and from the accommodation to the bus stop, it is about 5–8 minutes on foot;
- The accommodation is located in a city with all necessary infrastructure, shops are nearby.

📌 Additional information:
- The temperature at the enterprise is maintained between +3 to +7 degrees;
- Most work processes are performed standing, but there is also a small number of sitting processes. During the 12-hour shift, tasks alternate: for example, a few hours can be spent on packing, and then placing jars on the production line;
- Smoking is prohibited on the company premises and during work;
- A medical examination is provided free of charge after working for 2 months. Before undergoing it, a deposit of 100 zł must be made, which is returned after 2 months of work. If you work less than this term, 400 zł is deducted from the salary;
- An advance of 200 zł can be received after 14 days of work. Usually, it is given once, but if necessary, a repeat advance can be agreed upon;
- The salary is credited by the 15th of each month for the previous worked month exclusively to a Polish bank account.

✅ Advantages:
- Work clothes are provided free of charge during training, namely light work shoes, 2–3 pairs of trousers, 2–3 T-shirts, and a long sleeve sweater;
- A comfortable temperature is maintained at the enterprise;
- During the shift, work processes change, so you do not need to perform the same task all 12 hours;
- Knowledge of Polish and work experience are not required;
- It's easy to navigate here since the processes are built clearly.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 2 months. If you work less than this term, 400 zł will be deducted from the salary for the medical examination. If you plan to quit, you must inform about it at least 14 days in advance. In case of resignation without prior notice, a penalty equal to the salary for 5 working days is applied.
