Work at the Temu warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 55 years old. 

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Bielany Wrocławskie, Handlowa 2 (~10 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 35 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 35 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- The rate already includes an allowance for independent housing rental and transportation to the workplace.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- A day off can fall on a weekday, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- Workday lasts 10.5 - 11.5 hours per day;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:45. If necessary, additional work time up to 1 hour is possible;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 04:45;
- During the workday, there is a 30-minute unpaid break.

⚠️ For family couples, joint work in one shift is not guaranteed, so shifts may differ.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to compile orders according to invoices using a warehouse terminal. The duties also include checking the goods for integrity before packing and maintaining order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place in motion, so you need to move around the warehouse and use a scanner;
- You can reach the workplace by public transport. City bus No. 133 goes directly to the warehouse;
- An advance is provided after the first working week, the amount is agreed individually with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited by the 10th of each month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must give notice two weeks in advance.
