Work in the production of Varroc automotive headlights

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men and women up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location: 
Czech Republic, Šenov u Nového Jičína, Suvorovova 195 (~40 km from Ostrava).

💵 Salary:
- The average salary is 27,723 Kč per month gross. With bonuses, the net earnings can be 25,000 - 32,000 Kč net per month;
- A production bonus of up to 15% of the salary is provided, depending on the team's performance;
- A surcharge of 26 Kč is provided for work from 18:00 to 06:00 for each worked hour;
- A weekend work surcharge of 25% to the base hourly rate is provided;
- Overtime hours worked at night or on weekends are paid with a 50% surcharge to the base hourly rate;
- Weekday overtime hours are paid with a 35% surcharge to the base hourly rate;
- Holiday work is paid double, i.e., with a 100% surcharge to the base hourly rate;
- An additional surcharge of 14 Kč per hour is provided for work with an irregular schedule;
- In case of a production line stoppage, 80% of the salary is paid;
- All percentage surcharges are calculated from the base hourly rate, which is determined by dividing the monthly salary by the number of hours worked per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. Usually, Saturday and Sunday are days off, but the schedule may change depending on the current production needs of the plant;
- Working day lasts 8 hours. In case of a larger volume of work, shifts lasting up to 12 hours may be possible;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the working day;
- On average, one can work 160 - 210 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the car plant. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work involves assembling and checking car headlights on the production line. It requires manually mounting the headlights and using simple tools, connecting plastic elements like housings, covers, and lampshades, as well as installing wire harnesses. It is important to control the quality of individual parts and finished products by conducting visual inspections and basic technical checks at each stage of the work.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 6000 Kč per month (the cost is deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental of accommodation, compensation of 3000 Kč per month of work is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house in the city of Skotnice;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with standard comfortable beds;
- Rooms are fully equipped and furnished with necessary furniture and bedding for comfortable living. The kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine are shared among residents;
- The accommodation is approximately a 10-minute bus ride from the workplace. There is no organized transport, so you need to get to work on your own by public transport. Reimbursement for travel is provided in the amount of 500 Kč, which is added to the salary.

📌 Additional information:
- The car plant specializes in the production of modern car headlights and other premium-class lighting elements for leading car industry brands;
- It is important not to have contraindications for standing work, as most of the working time is spent standing and moving;
- The work requires attentiveness, good vision, and accuracy;
- Work processes happen standing;
- Before starting work, a practical introductory test must be passed. The task involves assembling a car headlight. Initially, the process is demonstrated and explained in detail, after which time is given for independent training. At the end, a test is conducted during which the accuracy and speed of task performance are evaluated. Candidates who successfully pass this selection stage are allowed to work;
- There is a canteen at the plant where a full lunch can be purchased during the working day for a preferential price of 22 Kč;
- An advance payment of 2000 Kč is provided after the 5th and 15th shifts worked;
- The salary is credited on the 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.
