Worker at the Amazon logistics warehouse (ID Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Krajków, Logistyczna 4 (~25 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 25.80 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (variable) schedule;
- A day off can fall on a weekday as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Two paid breaks of 20 and 15 minutes are provided during the working day;
- Work during daytime hours, leaving nights for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will accordingly be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders and scan barcodes using a warehouse terminal. Responsibilities include collecting, packaging and repackaging goods, labeling them and placing them in the warehouse. You also need to work with warehouse equipment and ensure its proper use while performing tasks.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 16 zł per day (deducted from salary);
- Upon checking in, it is necessary to have 150 zł in cash. After checking out, 140 zł is returned back;
- In case of independent rental accommodation, a supplement of 1.50 zł gross for each working hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- For a married couple, a separate room is provided for comfort and coziness;
- Standard comfortable beds are installed at the accommodation.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, paid training must be completed, during which all work processes and responsibilities will be introduced;
- Work on the production line is performed standing. Order assembly takes place in motion and involves the use of a scanner and pallet trolley for moving goods around the warehouse;
- Bringing a mobile phone and any jewelry to work is prohibited;
- There is a kitchen on the warehouse premises where all necessary equipment for heating and consuming food during the break can be used;
- The work involves moderate physical effort;
- Work may take place in different warehouse departments depending on current needs and work process organization;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (deducted from salary);
- Forklift certificate costs 150 zł (deducted from salary);
- Work clothes and shoes cost 275 zł (deducted from salary);
- After 5 working days, advances can be received, averaging 100 - 200 zł weekly until the first full salary is received. Additional advances can also be arranged with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited to the bank account by the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If there is a need to resign earlier, it is important to notify the coordinator in advance and explain the reason. In such a case, no penalty is applied. However, if no prior notice is given, a penalty of 1000 zł may be imposed.
