Work at the Inter Cars auto parts warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, married couples up to 45 years old.

📍 Work Location: 
Poland, Swobodnia, 35 (~50 km from Warszawa).

📍 Registration City:
Poland, Sochaczew.

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Performance bonus available, which can be up to 1000 zł gross per month depending on work results.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Overtime work is possible if you wish to earn more. 

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to pick goods, work with a scanner, use a manual pallet truck, receive goods and arrange products on shelves. From time to time, you will also need to perform other simple tasks related to warehouse work.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is located in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki and costs 660 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- No additional payment is provided for self-rented accommodation;
- Accommodation is provided in a hotel;
- The room will accommodate 3 or 4 people;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation has regular and bunk beds;
- Bedding is provided, but it is recommended to have your own set for replacement;
- Common dishes are available, but you need to have your own spoon, fork, plate, and cup. If desired, you can bring a small pot or pan, as well as a container for food storage.

📌 Additional Information:
- Work processes involve movement using a scanner and pallet truck;
- The warehouse stores auto parts and automotive electronics. Most items are small, occasionally heavier ones appear, but they do not exceed 20 - 25 kilograms in weight;
- If you have a category B driver's license, you can work in the warehouse as a driver and transport your shift to and from work;
- An advance of 200 - 300 zł is provided after 14 days of work;
- Salaries are credited in the 20s to the bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Contract Duration:
You need to work at least 3 months. If you decide to leave earlier, 500 zł will be deducted from your last salary.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Swobodnia, 35 (~50 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net for the first 112 hours worked per month. Starting from the 113th hour, the rate is 22.68 zł/hour net;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- Additionally, bonuses up to 3000 zł per month can be earned depending on work performance;
- The final salary amount depends on the number of hours worked, bonuses earned, and age. Actual salary examples after all mandatory contributions and taxes: 6300 zł, 6800 zł, 7081 zł, 7134 zł, and 8100 zł. 

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The workday lasts 10 - 12 hours and takes place from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Work is performed exclusively in night shifts;
- On average, 200 - 240 hours can be worked per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will accordingly be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Using a scanner to locate and collect car parts according to orders, verify and scan goods, and prepare them for further warehouse processing. Additionally, it is necessary to maintain order in the workplace and adhere to safety rules.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł per month (cost is deducted from salary);
- In case of independent housing rental, a 100 zł monthly work supplement is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Common comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Separate new housing is provided for comfortable living, intended for Ukrainian citizens;
- Housing is located 15 km from the workplace, so transport is organized for convenience from housing to work and back.

📌 Additional Information:
- Attention, responsibility, and motivation are required, as well as readiness to work at a fast pace;
- It is important to have the desire to work, be disciplined, punctual, and comply with the rules established in the warehouse;
- Scanners in the warehouse are available in Ukrainian and Russian languages, so for comfortable work, knowledge of one of these languages is sufficient;
- Lunches are not provided, but the enterprise has a canteen and vending machines with drinks and snacks. You can also bring your own food;
- The maximum lifting weight is up to 30 kilograms, but the actual weight depends on the type of order and may vary;
- Transport to the workplace costs 200 zł per month (cost is deducted from salary);
- The advance amount depends on the number of days worked. For example, after 5 days worked, an advance of 200 zł can be obtained. At the same time, large amounts in advance are not provided;
- The salary is credited on the 15th - 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous month worked.

⏳ Minimum employment term:
The minimum work term is 3 months. It is important to notify of resignation at least 1 month in advance. If leaving work without notice, a penalty of 1000 zł is deducted from the salary.
