Work in furniture manufacturing Fogia

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Brodnica Górna, Maks 66 (~45 km from Gdańsk).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under the age of 26 (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday, Sunday is a day off;
- From Monday to Friday, the workday lasts 10–12 hours, on Saturday — 8–10 hours;
- Work takes place only in day shifts.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders at the company. When there are more orders, you can work more hours. If there are fewer orders, the number of working hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Packing process:
- Carefully pack, assemble, and secure finished furniture components according to the established requirements.
Quality control process:
- Check furniture parts before packing to ensure there are no damages.
Order completion process:
- Collect all necessary furniture components according to the order and prepare them for further shipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 500 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, there is an additional payment of 1 zł for each worked hour. For students, this extra payment is not provided;
- Accommodation is provided in comfortable conditions with all necessary amenities;
- Rooms accommodate 2–4 people.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work clothing is provided free of charge, provided you work at least 2 months. If you work less than 2 months, 300 zł is deducted from your salary;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you need to commute by public transport on your own;
- There is an option to receive a weekly advance. The first advance can be given after 5 worked days in the amount of 200 zł;
- Salary is paid on the 25th of the following month to a bank account. 

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a minimum level is required.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum working period: 
The minimum period of work is one and a half months. If you plan to resign, you must give two weeks' notice. Failure to do so will result in a 1000 zł deduction from your salary.
