💵 Salary:
- The salary is 1400 - 1600 € gross per month. On average, this is around 900 - 1000 € net for 168 hours worked. The final amount depends on the number of days worked according to the schedule, so the monthly income may vary slightly;
- With night shifts and additional hours, it is possible to earn from 1200 € net and more, depending on the number of hours.

🕐 Work schedule:
- The work follows a schedule of 2 days of work followed by 2 days of rest;
- The working day lasts 12 hours and runs from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Night shifts are not part of the regular schedule, but may occasionally occur due to production needs;
- During the working day, short breaks of 10 minutes every 2 hours are provided, as well as one lunch break of 30 minutes to rest and recuperate;
- Overtime work is possible, usually around 20 - 30 hours per month, if there is a production need at the plant;
- On average, 168 - 180 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will be slightly less accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work on fish packaging and processing on the production line, where the processes are divided into two stages. In the first stage, you need to perform the final processing of clean salmon, carefully cutting off the tail remains and a small part of the belly, as well as removing the bones using special equipment. In the second stage, you need to engage in packing smoked and sliced salmon, preparing products for packaging, placing pieces of fish on trays, and weighing them. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 2 or 3 people will live in the room;
- The housing has everything necessary for comfortable living, including a washing machine, TV, refrigerator, clothes dryer, dishes, and microwave oven;
- We recommend bringing your own bedding, as well as personal dishes, including a cup, spoon, and pot;
- The road from housing to the workplace by company transport takes about 15 minutes.

📌 Additional information:
- The company is one of the largest producers of surimi and fish culinary products in the world;
- It is important to be in good physical shape, have no health problems, and have well-developed hand motor skills;
- According to European hygiene standards, it is not allowed to have artificial nails or lashes, facial piercings, or to go on shift with any jewelry on the body;
- The temperature at the enterprise ranges from +5 to +15 degrees depending on the process, but due to the absence of wind, it feels significantly warmer;
- In most processes, work is done in light jackets or fleece sweaters. The production area is clean, many processes are automated, and there is a pleasant smell of smoked salmon in the air;
- An advance payment of 150 € is provided after 10 days of work, and you need to notify the coordinator at least a week in advance;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of the month.

🔴 Requirements:
- A minimum height of 160 centimeters is required.

✅ Advantages:
- Free transportation to the workplace is provided;
- Free meals are provided. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator where freshly prepared meals such as soup, mash, cutlet, salad or compote are left every day, which can be heated in the microwave. The menu is updated daily. Additionally, two cups of hot coffee or tea can be obtained free of charge during the shift. Besides this, there is a paid canteen where extra meals can be purchased if desired;
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian language and work experience is not required;
- You learn quickly because each action is explained accessibly and clearly.
