Work on mushroom picking Pokora

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women aged 30 to 50 years. 

📍 Work location: 
Poland, Spychowo, 12 Stycznia 8 (~30 km from Szczytno).

💵 Salary:
- 23.80 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 26.50 zł/hour net under the Polski Ład law;
- 26.50 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate). 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work is possible up to 7 days a week, and days off are agreed individually;
- Work takes place only during daytime hours. Shift starts at 07:00 and lasts from 4 to 16 hours depending on the amount of work;
- On average, one can work 240–360 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Need to collect mushrooms from the racks.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (cost is deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment located near the enterprise;
- 2 or 4 people will live in the rooms;
- The accommodation is within walking distance from the workplace. The journey takes about 5 minutes;
- A company minibus is provided for shopping trips free of charge.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place standing and in motion;
- The temperature at the enterprise is maintained at around +18 degrees throughout the year;
- Training is conducted before starting work, during which it is explained in detail how to correctly cut mushrooms and distinguish them by size. Support is provided at all stages of adaptation to make it easier to settle in and start working confidently;
- A work coat and replacement gloves are provided. You need to have your own comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for work;
- Work is stable and available throughout the year, without seasonal breaks;
- An advance is provided after 5 worked shifts in the amount of 200 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th to a bank account.

⏳ Contract work period: 
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you decide to finish working earlier, 700 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
