Work in growing and packing orchids Jmp Flowers

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace: 
Poland, Stężyca, Zielona 46 (~80 km from Lublin).

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes Saturdays are also possible;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 16:00 to 00:00;
- Night shift from 22:00 to 06:00 occurs rarely, so work mostly takes place during day shifts;
- Overtime is possible if you want to earn more.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be correspondingly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to tie orchids and other flowers to special support sticks to ensure proper stem growth. You also need to care for the plants at their formation stage, pack the finished products and prepare packaged flowers for further transportation.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in the city of Dęblin, costing 650 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an additional payment of 1 zł for each hour worked is provided;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- For a married couple, a separate room is provided for comfort;
- The accommodation is located 8 kilometers from the workplace.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The enterprise is a large greenhouse company specializing in growing orchids and other flowers;
- You need to be careful and attentive;
- Protective footwear with a protective toe is provided. Its cost is 150 zł (deducted from the salary). If desired, you can work in your own footwear if it meets safety requirements;
- The commute to the workplace costs 220 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- An advance is provided after the first week of work, the amount is agreed individually with the coordinator;
- The salary is credited by the 10th of each month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a comprehension level is required.

✅Advantages:
- Transportation to the workplace is provided;
- No work experience is required;
- The job is not difficult, and all work processes are taught on-site, so experience is not needed.
