Work in packaging of decorative cosmetics Bell

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 50 years of age.

📍 Work city: 
Poland, Józefów, Marka Hłaski 7 (~20 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 23.70 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Bonuses are provided, resulting in an average rate of 25 to 27 zł/hour net.

🕐 Working schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
Duties for women:
- Involved in packaging cosmetic products.
Duties for men:
- You will be involved in servicing production machines and setting up equipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 - 600 zł per month, amount depends on living conditions (cost deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- Accommodation with 3 or 5 people per room;
- Separate room for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Regular and bunk beds available at the accommodation;
- Bedding and necessary dishes are provided at the accommodation;
- Accommodation is located about 10 - 15 minutes by car, which is very convenient for daily commuting to work.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes involve standing and at tables or machines;
- Own work clothes are required, but if anything is lacking, everything necessary will be provided for free;
- Bring own lunch;
- Important for smokers: smoking is prohibited during work hours, but during breaks, a designated area is available;
- Advance of 300 zł provided weekly until the first salary;
- Salary is credited by the 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous month worked.

🔴 Requirements:
- For men, knowledge of Polish at a communicative level is required.

- Free transport from the hostel to the workplace is provided;
- Room temperature is maintained at the workplace, making it comfortable to work at any time of year;
- Experience is not required;
- You quickly feel progress, as there’s always someone supportive;
- Assistance is provided in obtaining a residence card.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The employment contract is signed for one year. If you decide to resign earlier, please give two weeks notice.
